SKPP: video-stream analysis

After a pilot, we hand over the prototype, results and limitations. Implementation of the validated workflow is agreed as a separate phase.

Pilot questions
Can we start before the data is collected?
Yes, with a source assessment. We first define the required materials, format and collection method. The pilot itself requires an agreed dataset on which the hypothesis can be tested.
How do we assess the result in advance?
Before testing, we agree on an observable criterion: successful scenario completion, acceptable errors or whether staff can use the result. We do not promise universal accuracy without your data and operating conditions.
What if the hypothesis is not confirmed?
We document why the approach does not suit the tested conditions. Together, we decide whether changing the data or scenario is worthwhile. Completing a pilot with a clear conclusion is an anticipated outcome.
