Integrations

Connect your product to its infrastructure.

Connect applications, government services and equipment. Design the exchange, validate data and provide monitoring tools.

Choose your integration area

Government, operator and commercial scopes have different connection conditions.

03

SORM and operator products

A product adapter for the selected system. Specifications determine interfaces and the data scope.

02

An exchange must be observable

A successful HTTP response does not mean the task is complete. We distinguish message receipt, record processing and confirmation by the destination system.

Repeated delivery

An event may arrive more than once. Identifiers and processing rules prevent duplicate payments, orders or documents.

Temporary outage

Preserve exchange state and define retry rules. Rejected records appear in an error list staff can understand.

Format changes

Document the interface version and data schema. Validate changes in a test environment before switching.

03

Four decisions before writing code

An agreed exchange map defines what we build, what the client provides and which dependencies affect launch.

From discovery to a working exchange

Define a testable part of the integration and launch it using agreed scenarios. Expand after reconciling the data.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Collect documentation, system versions, access rights and sample data. Flag connections that require external operator approval.

  2. 02

    Exchange contract

Define fields, transfer directions, events, identifiers and errors. Assign an owner to every mutable record.

  3. 03

    Adapter and validation

Build the exchange and check duplicate delivery, invalid data, lost connectivity and recovery. Link results to source records.

  4. 04

    Acceptance and support

Provide instructions and an exchange log. Define who monitors errors, manages access and approves interface upgrades.

05

What affects scope and timing

Is the system name enough?

No. We need the version, hosting, available interfaces and terms of use. The same system can have different restrictions in different organisations.

Can manual uploads be replaced?

Where interfaces and permissions allow, we build automated exchange. For file-based exchange, define the format, schedule, validation and receipt confirmation.

Who is responsible for external connection?

The client confirms its authority and provides agreed access. We prepare the technical work within the contract; external procedures are documented as dependencies.

What is handed over at launch?

Exchange documentation, configuration, error and recovery instructions, and the agreed source code and access details. Define the support arrangements in advance.

06

Documentation and related needs

Source documents

Check access and interface versions against the system owner’s current documentation.

Which systems need to exchange data?

Tell us the product, the external system and the action currently done manually. Include available documentation or a sample file.
