Questions

Before we start

Can we commission only design or development?

Yes. We agree on the input materials and the stage's deliverables. For development from an existing design, we first review layouts, interface states and function descriptions.

Do you work with existing websites or systems?

Yes, after reviewing the current solution. We will need review access, a description of the problems and information about the systems the product depends on. We will then propose improvements or a substantiated transition plan.

How do we determine the timeline?

After agreeing on the first release, materials and external dependencies. The plan includes time for feedback, access, integration checks and acceptance; we discuss the launch date together with the scope.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the product and materials and establish how feedback is handled. Support, updates and new functions are covered by a separately agreed scope.
